Renovation includes whole-room remodels, small half-day repairs, and more. I have a deep interest in the importance of craftsmanship in the home and this has led to a practical knowledge of many aspects of traditional and contemporary home building (see the Shop-by-hand project). From timber framing to tiling, we are equipped to handle a diverse range of projects.

Handmade Furniture

Made with traditional hand tools and methods, my furniture is built to last and to be repairable by future generations. I particularly enjoy making simple, elegant, and functional pieces intended for everyday living rather than showrooms.

Custom Work

Pipe racks, small boxes, welded chain lamps, plate racks, porch swings, built-in shelves, etc. These are usually custom pieces designed and built in the shop that don’t fit neatly into the "furniture" category.
